Roomy but needs attention

The apartment offered great space, ideal for families. Inadequate kitchenware and unpleasant bathroom odors were disappointing. The location allows easy access to nearby attractions, and the fitness center has good equipment. For a better stay, ensure all utilities are functional and bring your own kitchen supplies.

We greatly enjoyed its particularly good breakfasts!

The hotel was functional and very useful in general, had outstandingly accommodating staff with welcoming receptionist. The location in a very nice area was good and excellent and there were a market and stores nearby.

The breakfast is reasonably good, and the location is DECENT adjacent to public transport as well as a taxi pre-booked. Best staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere.

The apartment offered great spaciousness, perfect for our family. Location near the European Parliament was excellent. Enjoyed access to the Renaissance hotel amenities, especially the breakfast buffet. Several issues impacted our stay. The decor felt dated, with strange placements of light switches. Heating controls were ineffective, and we had to bring our own towels to the pool. It would've been nice to have pool towels available. The furniture needed more comfort, and we faced limited kitchen utensils. The stay was decent but could benefit from a few updates and better service efficiency.

The setting was wonderful, right by transport- Brussels-Luxembourg train station, bus station and metro station, public transport, downtown, shops and amenities and bus and train lines, as well as restaurants and parks. We found nice Arthur's nearby with hot beverages.

because of a problem with apartment we were upgraded and had a huge room with washers & dryers. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

Extremely friendly staff. The apartment wasvery comfy and tidy.

Executive apartments provides a fantastic base for a short or lenghtier a stay in Brussels.

The apartment was wonderful with a great view to the EU Quarter from the fifth floor. Very calm area during the week-end.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment offered a lovely balcony. The location was fantastic, situated near the European Parliament, and within easy reach of local cafes.

Need for updates and repairs.

All the benefits of a hotel with the facilities of an apartment. Ideal location to get around for husband with work and wife/kids for exploring.

Good location not far from the city centre and shopping street. The district is very quiet, no noises and generally clean. The rooms are good enough.

There is no wi-fi in rooms, wi-fi in renaissance hotel costs 6.45 euro for an hour!!!!! It is robbery. I was proposed to express check-out, I was asked to pay for breakfast 25 euro despite the breakfast was included into the room rate. The mistake was rectified and the reason of this addionional charge was absence of info that my room rate includes breakfast. I proved it only having shown the printed reservation from Booked.net. Otherwise I do not know how I could insist on free breakfast.

We also really enjoyed breakfast at the Renaissance next door with a variety of delicious options, perfect for our family's needs. The apartment's space was great.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there were more kitchen utensils available for families.

Cleaness of the room, confort, facilities offered

The reception desk was always very bussy and I have to queue many minutes to get served. The Hotel charged me a guarantee per night of stay although I payed the invoice on arrival. The room entrace key card was dezactivated often and I have to get to reception to get activated.

The location was excellent, and with weekend rates it was especially useful when needing to stay in Brussels between a Friday and Monday. Very spacious.

The bathrooms could have been more updated, as they were rather stark and some fixtures were plastic.
